Our experience at this hotel was incredibly frustrating. The location, which was advertised as convenient, was actually far from major attractions and required us to drive for an unreasonable amount of time. To make matters worse, the lack of proper amenities in the room, like sufficient toiletries and coffee-making facilities, made our stay less comfortable than anticipated.

Spent 7 nights in the Deluxe Suite with Outdoor Hot Tub Volcano View and Sea View. Room was super clean and comfy. The pool was huge and really well-kept. Having a hot tub was amazing. Views overlooking the caldera were stunning, especially at sunset. The staff was always friendly and helpful!

The narrow design of the room may feel cramped for some, and the bathroom's limited toiletries were a letdown. The terrace and hot tub lack privacy as neighboring spaces are easily visible, which could be awkward. Additionally, the hot tub experience itself can be hit-or-miss. our private one wasn't functioning upon arrival, leading to a frustrating situation for a hot-tub-centered getaway.
